How is this Coalition different than the Greenway?
The Greenway strategic plan is to focus on the existing 20 miles of Greenway path and various recreational activities along the Naches & Yakima Rivers. Valley Routes strategic plan is to build connectivity in the city and county to local schools, parks, shopping centers and green spaces including the Cowiche Conservancy, William O’ Douglas Trails and Yakima Greenway as well as outer communities like the lower valley and the future Heritage Connectivity Trails.
